Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping, and Expedited Shipping options);
The destination country that the package ships to;
The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart, and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
For standard shipping, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$150 ; for express shipping, you can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$200. You can refer to our Shipping Info for more details

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.)
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Lazecca account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges without a prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. lazecca.com is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, lazecca.com do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note the following product return requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories, and embellishments fully intact;
Gift cards, jewelry, underwear, swimsuits, and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal/Shop
pay then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
Depending on your bank’s clearance times will determine when you will see a refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes anywhere from 2-10 working days.
Due to our strict hygiene standards, we do not accept underwear, earrings, protective face masks, or cosmetics for return. Additionally items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Returns MUST be processed through our Return Center and delivered to our distribution center within 30 days from the package delivery date. We will not accept any returns exceeding this time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 30 days from the package delivery date will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse.
You can exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days—just contact us and we'll make it happen. Whether you want a different size, color ( same type of Product you ordered )
If you’ve opted for an exchange or Shop Now order, we’ll let you know your new order deeds via email once processed!
Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. If your items are out of stock and you have paid an additional amount, not to worry, you will be refunded in full back to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a discount or promo codes on exchange orders.
If your return item credit does not cover the cost of your exchange item/s, you will be asked to input your credit card details to pay the difference. Please note, we are unable to apply gift cards or promo codes to cover any additional fees at this time.

Oh no! First of all, we're SO sorry to hear you've received your package in less than perfect condition.
To fix this ASAP, head to our Contact page to get in touch with our Customer Experience team. Select Order Issues - Damaged Package from the subject dropdown and include the following information in your message:
Your name :
Order number :
Email address used to place the order
Product name and code of the items ordered found on your order confirmation email
Photo of the damaged package and/or items - please have this ready for when you receive a reply because you won’t be able to attach an image via the Contact form.
If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email, we sincerely apologize! This happens when the product quantity wasn't available when it came time to process your order.
Not to worry! The cancellation/refund notification confirms that we've already gone ahead and issued a refund for the out-of-stock item(s). The refund will appear back in your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s clearance times.
We suggest signing up for a restock notification on the item, and you will be notified via email when the product becomes available again! In the meantime, check out our bangin' New In for something else you might fall in love with!
Once the order is placed, we're not able to make any changes. We recommend submitting a return when you receive the item if you're unhappy with the size/color.

Firstly, please make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the package. Smaller items such as accessories and cosmetics are usually in bubble wrap, or may be amongst other items of clothing or shoe boxes within your order.
